Orwell Independent’s process goes beyond a one-dimensional survey. We ask business leaders how they think their employees feel. We mirror these questions to employees, generating a rich and detailed comparison of opinions. We encourage a cohort of employees to engage in short follow-up interviews (anonymous) to provide further context generating valuable insight for management teams.
